President

With over 10 years of experience in the security industry, Adam has become extremely accomplished at his craft. Previously working at numerous types of venues in countless types of environments, Adam Lisiecki has become a notable name among the Tampa security scene. With years of experience as an acting security manager at one of Tampa Bay's leading clubs, Adam decided to take his craft to the next level by starting his own private security company in 2020. Since then, he has grown New World Protection Services into one of the most trusted and sought after names in the security industry today.

With over 5 years in the security field across multiple locations and environments, Jesse brings a vast array of skills and experience to NWPS. Combining his past security training, a Criminology degree from the University of South Florida, years of experience as a high school teacher, and multiple years as a martial arts instructor, Jesse prides himself on making sure that each operation runs smoothly and that every NWPS officer is trained and prepared for the task in front of them.
